Rodney Williamson, Director

Rodney Williamson's experience with Ecuador dates back to 2004, when he spent a year teaching English at the University in Quito, Ecuador. He cemented his connection with the country by later marrying his Ecuadorian wife Monica. Rodney is an Open Water Lifeguard Supervisor for the City of Los Angeles and is attending the nursing program at Long Beach City College. A surfer for over 25 years , he is a big fan of Mctavish surfboards and also enjoys bodyboarding and bodysurfing. When he is not in the water you will find him reading the classics, playing guitar, and working on his Spanish. Rodney is committed to Project Ecuador by a desire to help others, a love of the ocean, and his Ecuadorian family ties. He and his wife are currently building their home in Olon, Ecuador.
